About the TranslatorsStacy Mosher is a translator and editor based in Brooklyn, New York. Guo Jian is Professor Emeritus of English at the University ofWisconsin-Whitewater. They have previously translated several books on Chinese history, most notably Yang Jisheng's Tombstone: The GreatChinese Famine 1958-1962, and Gao Hua's How the Red Sun Rose: The Origin and Development of the Yan'an Rectification Movement.
