Ricardo Reyes Castillo was born of Panamanian parents in Grenoble (France) in 1974. He has been a priest of the Diocese of Rome since 2003. He received his Ph.D in Sacred Liturgy from the “Sant'Anselmo” Pontifical Institute for the Liturgy in Rome. He currently works at the Vatican.
