Riassunto

Facets and Fragments is a literary journal that includes essays, short stories, and poetry. Fun and light-hearted, provocative, unique--the entire spectrum of the human experience plays out in these pieces.

Members of Write Now International are issuing this, their fourth anthology, to showcase their talents, encourage other beginning writers, and entertain readers. Explore reading through a child's perspective, find solace in the haunting song of a cardinal, laugh out loud over childhood encounters with danger, and find truth in succinct "Six Word Stories" and haiku that slams into you with its own awareness.

These past months--months which became years--have taken a toll on the world as a whole, and perhaps our greatest solace is to find healing in the words of others--words that make us laugh, or recognize our fears, but words that embrace the journey forward--and offer nuggets of hope as we all soldier on.

As Dylan Sonati wrote:
fear the worst has come
But others bring aid and comfort
World keeps on turning

Let us offer a little aid, comfort, humor and hope to everyone.
