This is a proper recipe book full of delicious recipes that are accessible to the average eager cook. And it is quite affordable! Fantastic! Note: the kindle version features bonus cocktails with a few photos, taken by the author, with a battered old ipad (one previous owner - Ben Hur). Enjoy!
