In this book, we are focusing on who the Prophet is, and will look at multiple Prophets, their writing, and their function. I am concerned that many will not see the correct idea of the Prophet because there are still Prophets today functioning in a post-modern image. Since many today are operating from a post-modern perspective, we will begin with the historical nature of the Prophet and gradually progress toward the post-modern information. This will ensure that you have a clear understanding of the office and the foundation upon which it was established.
