Nevertheless, I also took some quite radical decisions regarding my treatment which I am not suggesting that it would be wise to copy. That is my disclaimer! The last chapter describes what it was like during lockdown with a compromised immune system. This book will be helpful for anyone struggling with health issues and looking to improve their life style.
