DO YOU HAVE A PRODUCT IDEA BURNING IN YOUR MIND BUT NO ROADMAP TO GET IT ONTO STORE SHELVES?
Or maybe you’re already an Amazon FBA seller. You’ve hit six figures in revenue but your margins are thinner than a sheet of paper. You’re tired of racing to the bottom on ad spend, fighting hijackers, juggling suspensions, and you want something more real.
The real product business isn’t just selling online. It is about building products customers actually want, protecting your ideas, working with trusted factories, and selling everywhere your shoppers buy: Amazon, your own website, small retailers, and big box stores.
MEET THE AUTHOR
I have built and sold products worldwide, on Amazon 3P and 1P, catalogs, specialty shops, and big box stores. I was twice a Global Business Manager at Microsoft, including Worldwide Retail Sales and Marketing, where I worked with some of the most recognized products in the world. I started selling to retailers in 2001 and on Amazon in 2005. I help clients from Shark Tank winners, to famous products, to Time Magazine's Best New Invention Of The Year. I'm not just hollow theory. I still create and sell my own products today. I have been in the trenches as an entrepreneur, launching my own products, pitching buyers, and learning from both soaring wins and painful flops. This book distills those lessons into a practical roadmap for entrepreneurs who want more pathways than just another Amazon hustle.
THE WTP PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MODEL
Big corporations use structured frameworks to launch successful products. Small businesses can too. That is why I created the WTP Product Development Model. Every step from ideation to design to packaging to retail is anchored in customer value. It keeps you disciplined, helps you avoid costly mistakes, and gives you the same checkpoints big companies use, scaled for entrepreneurs building ecommerce and retail businesses.
