I have worked and served in several capacities of leadership and I have witnessed much - some good, some bad, and some I have yet to classify or categorize. This tool is entitled Broken Staffs because this is a very heartbreaking, but clear, picture of the state of leadership in our world. Today, we see evidence of broken staffs all around us - politics, jobs, school, home, and in church. I believe this book is God’s answer for how to rectify this problem. Get ready for the journey, we have much to unpack, undo, and relearn. Are you ready? Let’s go!
