INTERSTELLAR LAW: HUMAN RIGHTS
Why are we discussing Human Rights as a key cornerstone of Interstellar Law?
With a law and expansion for Human Rights activities in place, the set standards for resolving Human Rights transactions and disputes can ensure proper order.
Additionally, the presence of an interplanetary and interstellar sanctioned agreement will help prevent unilateral laws being imposed on the space community.
However, we must realise that space parties will, as they develop, grow and mature, at the least adjusting the context of human rights to fit their specific needs.
And looking beyond, as we move interstellar, the principles of human rights law from a Federation of Planets covering several solar systems will become the new law. But in the interim, this model law will provide a good starting point for reaching the stars.
