Over the past 30 years, he has led a multitude of large-scale enterprise solution projects in both the USA and China, and has recently been focusing on enterprise solution architecture consulting and training. His previously published book, "Service-oriented Enterprise Application Architecture," drew from his numerous landing projects and sold very well in China.  

As a global IT Architecture SME (Subject Matter Expert) and a chief IT architect at IBM GCG, Sean facilitated thousands of architects and technical leaders in China, the Asia-Pacific, the USA and Europe, and mentored top-level executive architects for their career advancement and IT solution leaders in different industries.
