With the fate of his home decided, the Lord Arcanist Sovos sets his sights on revenge. Until a visit from the mythical Norns, who determine our destinies, sends him on another path. With his friend Sean from modern day Arizona now stuck in the past, the friends embark upon a new quest to restore order with a healthy dose of vengeance.
Traveling to medieval France, both the ancient wizard and the present-day teenager must navigate archaic customs and creatures lurking in the woods as they unravel the mystery of who is really pulling the strings in a Count's court. Where is the dark sorcerer hiding, and what does he plan to do next?
