The Review Cycle is a disruptive new consumer behavior model developed by social innovator, Matt R. Vance. This four-phase model illustrates the cyclical consumer decision-making process, informed by online reviews. Such decisions include everything from what we buy and where we eat to what doctor we use and where we apply for jobs.
Drawing from nearly a decade of experience managing thousands of online review listings and profiles, Matt R. Vance outlines four correlating elements of influence the reader can have on consumer behaviors as they advance through the four phases of The Review Cycle.
Applying the principles from The Review Cycle, which is also the namesake of the book, will help entrepreneurs, marketers, HR professionals and anyone seeking to master online reviews achieve the following:
- Collect more reviews, ethically.
- Respond to reviews, strategically.
- Harvest review insights, reliably.
- Market with reviews, seamlessly.
Using The Review Cycle, Matt R. Vance has consulted many organizations in a variety of industries, helping them fortify a stronger online reputation, increase sales and engineer more positive customer experiences.
Turn your online reviews into a powerful business competitive advantage with The Review Cycle.
