Riassunto

Adam Niswander: Horror author. Father of the Lovecraftian MythosCon. And...mystic?

In 1979, Adam helped found the Macro Society Community in Phoenix, Arizona, along with a group of like-minded individuals. Their goal was to seek emotionally healthy enlightenment and write their own destiny in a way that incorporated inner peace, personal growth, and unified coexistence in the universe.

This self-help manual was written to help with that process. With sections for self-guided meditation and group meditation, it is a blend of concepts that go beyond any one belief system or path to enlightenment. Building Bridges is his personal tool to explore metaphysical philosophy and encourages readers to embrace the "now". An open bridge to understanding Self and the realm we live in, this book shows how to take charge of your choices, open your perception, and encourages you to use what works for you and discard what doesn't. Embrace the unique road that you walk and respect that of others.

So, expand your awareness and follow Adam into a world of mystical speculation. Whether you take it as the helpful guide he intended or as a curiosity penned by the author, you're sure to find something that will ignite your imagination.
