Vivek Santuka (CCIE No. 17621) is presently Technical Lead for the Cisco TAC AAA Team, where he supervises 15 engineers in resolving complicated AAA cases. He has worked on more than 2,500 cases and five versions of ACS, and holds CCIEs in both Security and Routing and Switching.
Premdeep Banga (CCIE No. 21713, CCSP, SSCP No. 118932) has also served with the Cisco TAC AAA Team for several years, working on more than 3,000 cases, and providing refresher training and mentoring. He is now a member of the Cisco IPS signature development team.
