Dr. Namdev Dhas
Dr. Namdev Dhas is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Pharmaceutics, Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal, Udupi, Karnataka, India. He has received his PhD from Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat in the year 2021. His area of research includes material science and engineering, multimodal therapeutic platforms, inorganic nanocomposites for cancer therapy. The main focus is synthesized different metal-based nanoplatforms and how their properties will affect the efficiency of therapy and diagnosis. He has published 50 publications in the form of several research and review articles in International journals. He has also published one book as an editor in Taylor and Francis CRC press. As of now, he has bagged with more than 210 cumulative impact factor by publishing the articles in several national and International Journals. His scientific articles have been cited more than 985 times. Recently, he received a research grant from SERB and ICMR, government of India worth rupees 3 crores. He was recently awarded as “Excellent Researcher in Pharmaceutical Science” by Indian Drug Manufacturing Association (IDMA) and Healthcopeia in July, 2022. He also received “Young Researcher Award-2020” organized by Institute of Scholars, Bangalore, India.
Dr. Jayvadan Patel
Dr. Jayvadan Patel is a Vice-President in Pharmaceutical Industry at USA and Professor Emeritus, Faculty of Pharmacy, Sankalchand Patel University, India. He has more than 27 years of research, academic, and industry experience, and has published more than 275 research and review papers in international and national Journals. He has co-authored 22 books and contributed 125 book chapters in a book published by well-reputed publishers. His papers have been cited more than 6500 times, with more than 30 papers getting more than 50 citations each. He has a 37 h-index and 145 i10-index for his credit. He has guided 106 M. Pharm students and mentored 47 Ph.D. scholars. He is already decorated with a dozen awards and prizes, both national and international. He is the recipient of the very prestigious “AICTE-Visvesvaraya Best Teachers Award-2020” by the All India Council for Technical Education, Government of India and the APTI-young pharmacy teacher award (2014) by the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India. He is a reviewer of more than 75 and an editorial board member of 20 reputed scientific Journals. He has completed 12 industry and government-sponsored research projects.
Dr. Yashwant Pathak
Yashwant Pathak completed his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Technology from India and EMBA and MS in Conflict Management from Sullivan University, USA. He is the Associate Dean for the Faculty Affairs College of Pharmacy, University of South Florida. Tampa, Florida. With extensive experience in academia and industry, he has over 410 research publications, abstracts, chapters and reviews, 70 books in Nanotechnology and drug delivery systems, 6 in Nutraceuticals and several books in cultural studies. His areas of research include drug delivery systems, nanotechnology applications for pharmaceuticals and Nutraceuticals. He has traveled extensively to over 100 countries to network with scientific experts and is actively involved with many Pharmacy colleges in different countries. He is actively involved in nonprofit organizations such Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh Sewa International, Uberoi foundation for religious studies ICHRRF and IACDSC and many more.

Diritto legale di recesso
Hai il diritto di recedere dal presente contratto entro 14 giorni senza fornire alcuna motivazione.
Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui tu o una terza parte, diversa dal vettore e da te indicata, acquisisce il possesso fisico dell'ultimo bene o dell'ultimo lotto o pezzo.
Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, compila e invia elettronicamente una dichiarazione esplicita sul nostro sito Web, alla voce “I miei acquisti” nella sezione “Mio account”. Ti comunicheremo senza indugio una conferma di ricezione di tale recesso su un supporto durevole (ad es. via e-mail).
Per rispettare il termine di recesso, è sufficiente inviare la comunicazione relativa all'esercizio del diritto di recesso prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso stesso.
Effetti del recesso
In caso di recesso dal presente contratto, ti rimborseremo tutti i pagamenti ricevuti, compresi i costi di spedizione (ad eccezione dei costi supplementari derivanti dalla tua eventuale scelta di un tipo di spedizione diverso dal tipo meno costoso di consegna standard da noi offerto).
Potremo effettuare una detrazione dal rimborso per la perdita di valore dei beni forniti, qualora tale perdita sia il risultato di una manipolazione non necessaria da parte tua.
Eseguiremo il rimborso senza indebito ritardo e non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui saremo informati della tua decisione di recedere dal presente contratto.
Il rimborso sarà effettuato utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento da te usato per la transazione iniziale, salvo che tu non abbia espressamente concordato altrimenti; in ogni caso, non dovrai sostenere alcun costo quale conseguenza di tale rimborso.
Possiamo trattenere il rimborso finché non avremo ricevuto i beni oppure finché non avrai fornito la prova di averli rispediti, a seconda di quale condizione si verifichi per prima.
Dovrai rispedire i beni o consegnarli a BuchWeltWeit Ludwig Meier e.K., Bergisch Gladbach, Germany, senza indebito ritardo e, in ogni caso, entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ci hai comunicato la tua volontà di recedere dal presente contratto. Il termine è rispettato se rispedisci i beni prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni. I costi diretti della restituzione dei beni saranno a tuo carico. Sei responsabile solo della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento dei beni stessi.
Eccezioni al diritto di recesso
Il diritto di recesso non si applica a:
- La fornitura di giornali, periodici o riviste ad eccezione dei contratti di abbonamento; e
- La fornitura di contenuto digitale non fornito su un supporto materiale (ad es. su un CD o DVD), se al momento dell'invio dell'ordine hai accettato l'inizio dell'esecuzione e hai riconosciuto che non avresti potuto recedere una volta iniziata l'esecuzione.
