This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed post-workshop proceedings of the Second Workshop on Blended Learning, WBL 2008, held in Jinhua, China, in August 2008, as a satellite event of ICWL 2008, the 7th International Conference on Web-based Learning. The 17 revised full papers were selected for inclusion in the book in a rigorous reviewing process from numerous submissions.
