Let's face it: adversity is an unavoidable part of every life. Serious trouble comes for all of us, threatening to ruin our finances, physical and mental health, or relationships. And if you've ever felt as if you were barely hanging on while dealing with something big . . .
You're not alone.
Bestselling author Frank McKinney, the "real estate rock czar," was at the top of his game when his perfect world, his Midas touch, was destroyed in an instant. He had successfully dealt with adversity all his life, but it wasn't until receiving a devastating diagnosis that he really had to face it down. Could his magic carpet ride be ending so soon? It appeared that way. His doctor's prognosis was essentially a death sentence.
Frank retreated, choosing to keep his condition, and his plan to persevere through it, cloaked in secrecy from all but five people—not even his family knew—until now.
Three years later, completely clear of any trace of the deadly intruder and in his most revealing book yet, Frank shares it all, along with insights from his enigmatic wife, Nilsa, and their courageous daughter, Laura.
- Exactly what it took to overcome this life-threatening obstacle and how you can handle any hardship, too
- Trials in his business personal relationship, and spiritual life as parallels for whatever you might be facing
- Hard-won insights that lead to practical actions for addressing your setbacks, whether they are deadly serious or just seriously difficult
