L'autore: Malte Tibes, aged 7, wrote this poignant story whilst in kindergarten. An eager "forest child" he went daily in every season, come rain or shine with "his" forest group to the nearby urban woods. During this time, his love and respect for animals was awoken as was his understanding for the preservation of nature and careful interaction with the environment and those animals whose home it is and has always been.
