Informazioni sull?autore: Peter Koning is senior leadership consultant at Prowareness and has more than thirteen years of experience as an agile leader. He has led several Scrum teams and introduced the agile way of working at different companies. He has coached, mentored, and trained dozens of agile leadership teams.
