Teresa Wedding Simons holds a dual Master's degree in Education and English Literature and a B.A. degree in English Literature, both from the College of William and Mary. She received her coaching certificate from the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program. She is an Action Learning Coach, certified by the Global Institute of Action Learning.
Simons is a member of the International Coach Federation, and the Society for Human Resource Management. Her recently published works include a two-article series on coaching, "Dare to Soar" and "Coaching with Style," in the Society of Pharmaceutical and Biotech Trainers' Focus magazine.
Wendy Sherwin Swire holds a Master's degree in Law and Diplomacy and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations. In addition, she received a Specialization in Negotiation from Harvard University's Program on Negotiation. Swire has had articles published in the Negotiation Journal and Public Risk Manager. She holds certification in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Swire received her coaching certificate from the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program in September 2006.
