Illustrated front cover and spine with advert present, rear cover lacking; front cover well worn at fore edge with 2 inch chip at lower fore corner; all leaves present with prelim 12 worn and chipped at fore edge but all text and illustrations present; large fold-out map is separated and laid in, is in 2 pieces and is lacking bottom portion - truncated at Tennessee southern border; few worm holes at textblock fore edge slightly affecting some pages; interior pages are light, clean but for occasional small pencil notations; leaves are supple. 16mo, 288 pp; index; illustrated with maps.
