In the second section, 35 essays discuss such topics as introducing verse and meter, performance approaches, and postmodern teaching strategies. A section of 20 "short takes" presents teaching tips, syllabus additions, and classroom exercises. Annotation c. Book News, Inc., Portland, OR (booknews.com)
