This is a rare edition of a sampler of plates from The Avant-Garde in Print. Leaf bound in the sprial wraps states: "This is a sampler of selected plates from 'The Avant-Garde in Print', a series of visual portfolios documenting the twentieth century design and typography. The five portfolios represented here, Futurism, Lissitzky, Dada, Typography/Master Designers in Print 1, and Typography/Master Designers in Print 2, each contain 10 color plates and six pages of text.
