He has successfully carried out over 200 major consulting assignments in over 40 countries for agencies and companies in a variety of industries including: banking, government, medical services, agriculture, logistics, energy, natural resources, manufacturing, software, retailing, distribution, transportation, construction and engineering, finance, insurance, high technology, communications and networking, electronic commerce, trading, shipping, utilities, and other areas. He has conducted seminars and classes in strategic IT planning, change management, project management, E-Business, process improvement, system implementation, planning, and other areas to over 18,000 people in 35 countries. He is the author or co-author of over 35 books and over 75 articles in the above areas. He is the creator of the management critical path.
