“This journal is a love letter to my wife. A love letter to myself. It is a journey into the depths of the Amazon Rainforest, a journey to unblock, to drink sacred Ayahuasca and to show up in the world more authentically. It’s about a continued connection to nature, to learn, to manifest, to love and to let go.” - James Mankoff (author)

After a difficult emotional year, Mankoff ventures to a spiritual retreat in Peru to explore an ancient plant medicine. Navigating vibrant hallucinations, a rich spirit world and unexpected conflict stemming deep into his past; this intimate journal written for his wife feels more like a fantasy than an account of his truths.

Each page is presented in its original form, alive with unique drawings and handwritten text; you can feel Mankoff’s thought process unfolding in front of him… In front of you.
