THE BOLD DECISION How One Courageous Choice Can Transform Your Life and Unlock Your True Power
You already know what you need to do.
You have known for some time. It lives in the quiet moments — in the space between sleep and waking, in the honest corner of your mind that the noise of daily life cannot quite reach. It is the decision you have been circling, the choice you have been deferring, the leap you have been standing at the edge of, waiting for the fear to subside before you jump.
The fear is not going to subside. But you can jump anyway.
The Bold Decision is a powerful, deeply human guide for anyone who has ever stood at the threshold of something important and pulled back. It is for the professional who knows their current career is slowly suffocating them. For the person who has a dream they have never given themselves permission to pursue. For anyone who has let fear, doubt, or the weight of other people's expectations keep them from the life they were born to live.
Because here is the truth that changes everything: courage is not the absence of fear. It is the decision that something matters more than the fear.
Drawing on cutting-edge research in neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and decision science, and illuminated by the stories of real people who made the bold choices that transformed their lives, this book gives you the framework, the tools, and the permission to finally act on what you already know is true.
Inside, you will discover:
- Why the human brain is hardwired to avoid bold decisions — and how to override that programming
- The real cost of playing it safe — and why the greatest risk of all is taking none
- How to identify the one bold decision that is most urgent in your life right now
- The five-step decision framework that eliminates paralysis and produces clarity
- How to build the foundation of courage before the leap — so the leap actually lands
- The stories you tell yourself about why you cannot decide — and how to rewrite them
- What to do when bold decisions fail — and why failure is the most important teacher
- How to make bold decision-making not a single event but a way of life
This is not a book about being reckless. It is not a book about throwing caution to the wind or making dramatic gestures for the sake of drama. It is a book about the rare, essential, life-altering art of choosing what matters most — clearly, courageously, and without apology — and discovering what becomes possible when you do.
The decision you need to make is already inside you.
This book is your permission to make it.
Ideal For:
- Professionals at a crossroads in their career or life direction
- Entrepreneurs and dreamers who have been waiting for the right moment
- Anyone struggling with fear, self-doubt, or chronic indecision
- People ready to close the gap between the life they are living and the one they want
- Leaders, coaches, and mentors who guide others through major life decisions
- Anyone who has ever asked themselves: What would I do if I were not afraid?

Descrizione dello Store
**Please note our transit times are from the date of dispatch.** We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first purchase with us, or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
