Jules lives in a houseboat with his mum, his Grandpa Otto and his pet cat, Basil, on a canal in a busy city. Everyone there is rushing about with no time to waste. "I wish I was that important!" thinks Jules. But nobody notices him. Bopperjinks is a dream-pixie. This punky little guy can form amazing dreams, anything you've ever wanted! One night, Bopperjinks creates three magical dreams for Jules. Will these dreams be what he'd hoped for? By the following night, Jules has learned an important lesson.

"You can be happy right now, Jules! Every moment is precious."
