Very Good. The ornate ink stamp on the front flyleaf reads "Foerster"; cyberneticist Heinz von Foerster, perhaps? "As to the footnotes, the first edition had only a few" Smith writes in his Introduction. But in this edition, Smith incorporates many of his own notes that are quite helpful to the reader.
