Primary author and project director Anita Kramer is vice president of ULI Center for Capital Markets and Real Estate and project director. She is the project director for the annual Emerging Trends reports and has written several books, including the Retail Development Handbook. Contributing authors were Terry Lassar, Sara Hammerschmidt, and Mark Federman. Kramer, Hammerschmidt, and Federman are based in Washington, D.C. Lassar is based in St. Louis, Missouri.
