12mo Lacks covers but tight with spine leather still in place [1-3pp=Titleapge & contents] iv-xii includes Preface & Hackney coach fares. 1-202pp + [2p =books for sale list]+ rear free endpaper which is blank except for a upside down name.(rubber stamp?)Iohn Smith. The first few pages are slightly soiled. The Titlepage has a few small chips to the edges but none anywhere near to the printed area. After the preliminaries page one of the text has a marginal inscription which is unreadable. There are a few creases to the corners and a few pages with light foxing. The titlepage lists a correct Plan of London but also says "may be had sewed,without the plan" as in this copy. 1 volume.
