About Wilbur L. Brower WILBUR L. BROWER, PH. D. U. S. Air Force Veteran, Author, Educator, Entrepreneur, Lecturer. Wilbur Brower is the founder and president of W. Brower & Associates, a management consulting and training firm. Dr. Brower is a former member of the U. S. Air Force and an executive with Bell Telephone Laboratories and AT&T, where he held numerous line and staff positions. He has consulted and trained for clients such as the AT&T, The University of Memphis, DuPont Pharmaceuticals, Dow Chemical Company, U. S. Veterans' Administration, Raleigh News and Observer, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U. S. Postal Service, National CASA and Illinois Youth Advocacy Programs. He also has been a guest lecturer at Fayetteville State University, University of Michigan, North Carolina Central University and Webster University, and a visiting professor with the National Urban League's Black Executive Exchange Program (BEEP). He is also a certified high school Business Education and English teacher and is the founder and president of the Institute for Youth Development & Educational Resources (IYDER), Inc., a non-profit organization that provides training for students at-risk of academic and personal failures, and for educators who are struggling to understand and reverse academic underachievement among disadvantaged students. Effetti del recesso

Il termine è rispettato se rispedisci i beni prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni. I costi diretti della restituzione dei beni saranno a tuo carico. Sei responsabile solo della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento dei beni stessi.
Eccezioni al diritto di recesso
Il diritto di recesso non si applica a:
- La fornitura di giornali, periodici o riviste ad eccezione dei contratti di abbonamento; e
- La fornitura di contenuto digitale non fornito su un supporto materiale (ad es. su un CD o DVD), se al momento dell'invio dell'ordine hai accettato l'inizio dell'esecuzione e hai riconosciuto che non avresti potuto recedere una volta iniziata l'esecuzione.
