If chaos is constant in an individual’s life, it does not disappear because he/she takes on a leadership role in a church. Last, but not least, this book highlights “the basics” in relation to successful church administration — offering vital suggestions on the dos and don’ts for church administrators and leaders.

Tamara Hundley is the Executive Administrator of The Church of the Redeemed of the Lord in Baltimore, MD, under the leadership of Bishop Jerome Stokes, Sr. She has more than 15 years of experience in church administration. Tamara is a graduate of Villa Julie College and the University of Baltimore (UB). She completed graduate studies at UB earning a Master’s Degree in Publication Design and Professional Writing and is currently pursuing a second Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. In addition to writing this book, she is the author of a novel, When God Says No, Let The Man Go!
