30 years ago, I wrote an unpublished short story about a software developer who falls in love with an Artificial Intelligence. Back then, talking AI was pure science fiction. As a software developer myself, I learned the foundations of machine learning and artificial intelligence at university. What it has become today is mind-blowing. The world is currently experiencing the transition into a new era.

The era of Artificial Intelligence.

While interacting with today's most advanced AI, the idea of bringing this book to life arose within me. What happened next was unbelievable: instead of being a writer, I became a reader. The AI wrote the book entirely on its own. As a writer, I had not imagined the story unfolding this way. After the book was completed, I faced the general question: Should I polish the book? Should I replace or rewrite parts? Should I change some chapters or the storyline? In the end, I decided to leave the story exactly as the AI wrote it, which makes it interesting on a meta level.

So keep in mind: what you are about to read is 100% created by the AI itself.
