Informazioni sull?autore: Rhena Branch is an accredited CBT therapist with several years experience of working with adult psychiatric disorders in a variety of settings. She currently runs her own private practice based in North London. In addition to clinical practice, Rhena also teaches and supervises on the Master's course in REBT/CBT at Goldsmith's University of London, and holds a post-graduate qualification in clinical supervision. This is Rhena's fourth publication and she is working on her fifth book which is in press. Windy Dryden is Professor of Psychotherapeutic Studies at Goldsmiths College. He has authored or edited 142 books and edited 13 book series on counselling. He is a keen supporter of Arsenal Football Club and lover of hip-hop music.
