In the beautiful coastal city of Victoria, British Columbia, a killer silently stalks his victims, adding them to his macabre collection without leaving so much as a trace of evidence behind. Without a lead to follow homicide detective Constable Robert Callahan calls in Dr. Bryan Carson, a uniquely gifted yet deeply troubled criminal profiler, to join the hunt. While trying to escape the ghosts of his past Dr. Carson sets the perfect trap using the perfect bait himself. 'Can't even shout, can't even cry, the gentleman is coming by. Looking in windows, knocking on doors, he needs to take two and they might be yours. Can't call to mom, can't say a word, you're gonna die screaming but you won't be heard.'
