From 1 to 4 KG Europe: € 9.90 (Economy Mail-Bag).
Outside Europe: up to 4 KG goes with an Economy Mail-Bag, which is a huge green postal bag. This may be not a quick delivery service, but economic: euro 10.90 and very reliable.
