Operations Management introduces students to the dynamic field of operations management and shows the interesting, realistic and practical applications to the services and manufacturing operations. The new fifth Canadian edition features the latest concepts and applications while preserving the core features that have made the text a market leader.
With updated Canadian content, data and examples throughout, Stevenson's balanced approach, accessible format, careful explanations and clear, concise style is consistently praised for its ability to engage students. Operations Management supports students in understanding the important operations management concepts, as well as, applying tools and methods in career paths related to industrial engineering, cost accounting, marketing, management, management science, quantitative methods and statistics.
