L'autore: The author has "formulated" cost engineering as an advanced form of construction estimating. He is a graduate civil engineer with forty years of construction experience. He has taught, written about and practiced the art of cost engineering for the past thirty years. He has published numerous articles on the topic and has provided industry application formats for the American Army Corp of Engineers and more recently, Pradausa on its construction program in the U.S.A.
