This anthology brings together major texts in contemporary Marxist thought, focusing on works from international thinkers since the fall of the Berlin Wall.

Andrew Pendakis is Associate Professor of Theory and Rhetoric at Brock University, Canada. He is co-editor of Contemporary Marxism: A Reader (Bloomsbury, 2014) and the Bloomsbury Companion to Marx (2018).

Jeff Diamanti is Assistant Professor of Environmental Humanities at the University of Amsterdam, Netherlands. He has contributed to a number of works on energy culture and is part of the University of Alberta's Petrocultures and Rice University's Center for Energy and Environmental Research in the Human Sciences (CENHS).

Nicholas Brown is Associate Professor of English and head of African American Studies at the University of Illinois-Chicago, USA. he is the author of Utopian Generations: The Political Horizon of Twentieth-Century Literature (Princeton, 2005) and co-editor with Imre Szeman of Pierre Bourdieu: Fieldwork in Culture (Rowman & Littlefield, 2000)

Josh Robinson is a Lecturer in English Literature at the School of English, Communication and Philosophy, Cardiff University, and an Affiliated Professor of the University of Haifa, Israel.

Imre Szeman is the inaugural Director of the Institute for Environment, Culture and Society and Professor of Human Geography at the University of Toronto Scarborough, Canada.
