Cook At Home in Chinese Henry Low Pacific Printing & Mfg. undated 274 pp. Red cloth-covered boards with black stamped titles. Henry Low was a well-known head chef at Port Arthur Chinese Restaurant in New York. He is often credited with "inventing" the egg roll. FINE NEAR FINE, no marks, no writing, very clean and bright.
