It is no exaggeration to conclude that Nigeria is one of the most endowed nations with abundant human and natural resources in the world. There is practically every vital mineral deposit in all the states of the federation and due to fertility of her soil a finger thrust on the soil will grow. Yet, it remains under-developed because of the menace of corruption. The parts of development in Nigeria has been missed from the onset, the seeds of corruption which has been planted long ago after independence has germinated into a full blown cancer called corruption. It has virtually blocked all the inner roads to development. This research work has succeeded in taken a historical dimension to explore the menace of corruption in human society not only within the shore of Africa but by extension to the most powerful nations in the world. This study is a master piece to understand epilepsy development not only in Nigeria but Africa as a whole. Is an essential text to all developmental scholars and government at all level.
