The book is aimed at those who wish to understand the fundamental concepts on which crystal structure determination is based without necessarily becoming specialists in crystallography.

L'autore

Jenny Pickworth Glusker is Senior Member Emeritus at the Institute for Cancer Research, Fox Chase Cancer Center, Philadelphia, PA, and Adjunct Professor of Biochemistry and Biophysics at the University of Pennsylvania. The late Kenneth N. Trueblood taught at U.C.L.A. for most of his career. For his profound influence on beginning chemistry students, he received the first U.C.L.A. Distinguished Teaching award (1961) and the national award for excellence in teaching given by the Manufacturing Chemists Association in 1978.
