A fresh story with delectable illustrations, this book will teach children that fruits and vegetables keep their minds and bodies healthy and strong. They'll learn where their food comes from and how to combine ingredients to make a healthy and yummy dish. The book includes a recipe so the reader can become the chef, with the help of an adult, of course. What's more, a portion of the profit from each book sale will support community gardens in the United States.
