Danda B. Rawat, PhD, earned his PhD in electrical and computer engineering from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia. He is an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Georgia Southern University (GSU), Statesboro, USA. His research focuses on cognitive radio networks, cyber-physical systems, software-defined networks, cybersecurity, smart grids, and vehicular/wireless ad hoc networks.

He is the leader of the Cybersecurity, Wireless Systems, and Networking Innovations (CWiNs) Lab’s Research Group (http://www.CWiNs.org) at GSU. His research is supported by the U.S. National Science Foundation and the Center for Sustainability grants. Dr. Rawat has published more than 130 scientific/technical articles. He has served as an editor/guest editor on over 10 international journals. He serves as webmaster for IEEE INFOCOM 2016, student travel grant cochair of IEEE INFOCOM 2015, track chair for wireless networking and mobility of IEEE CCNC 2016, track chair for Communications Network and Protocols of IEEE AINA 2015, and many others. He has served as a program chair, general chair, and session chair for numerous international conferences and workshops, and has served as a technical program committee (TPC) member for several international conferences including IEEE GLOBECOM, IEEE CCNC, IEEE GreenCom, IEEE AINA, IEEE ICC, IEEE WCNC, and IEEE VTC conferences.

Joel J.P.C. Rodrigues, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Informatics at the University of Beira Interior, Covilh�, Portugal, and senior researcher at the Instituto de Telecomunica��es, Portugal. He received the Academic Title of Aggregated Professor from the University of Beira Interior (2015), the habilitation in computer science and engineering from the University of Haute Alsace, France, a PhD in informatics engineering, an MSc from the University of Beira Interior, and a five-year BSc (licentiate) in informatics engineering from the University of Coimbra, Portugal. His main research interests include sensor networks, e-health, e-learning, vehicular delay-tolerant networks, and mobile and ubiquitous computing. He is the leader of the NetGNA Research Group (http://netgna.it.ubi.pt), the chair of the IEEE ComSoc Technical Committee on eHealth, the past chair of the IEEE ComSoc Technical Committee on Communications Software, a Steering Committee member of the IEEE Life Sciences Technical Community, a member representative of the IEEE Communications Society on the IEEE Biometrics Council, and an officer of the IEEE 1907.1 standard.

Dr. Rodrigues is the editor in chief of the International Journal on E-Health and Medical Communications, Recent Advances on Communications and Networking Technology, Journal of Multimedia Information Systems, and editorial board member of several other journals. He has been general chair and TPC Chair of many international conferences, including IEEE, ICC, and GLOBECOM. He is a member of many international TPCs and has participated in several international conferences. Dr. Rodrigues has authored or coauthored more than 400 papers in refereed international journals and conferences and a book and holds two patents.

Effetti del recesso

Se recedi dal presente contratto, ti saranno rimborsati tutti i pagamenti che hai effettuato a nostro favore, compresi i costi di consegna (ad eccezione dei costi supplementari derivanti dalla tua eventuale scelta di un tipo di consegna diverso dal tipo meno costoso di consegna standard da noi offerto). Potremo trattenere dal rimborso le somme derivanti da una diminuzione del valore del prodotto risultante da una tua non necessaria manipolazione.

I rimborsi verranno effettuati senza indebito ritardo e in ogni caso non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui siamo stati informati della tua decisione di recedere dal presente contratto.

Detti rimborsi saranno effettuati utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento da te usato per la transazione iniziale, salvo che tu non abbia espressamente convenuto altrimenti; in ogni caso, non dovrai sostenere alcun costo quale conseguenza di tale rimborso. Il rimborso pu� essere sospeso fino al ricevimento dei beni oppure fino all'avvenuta dimostrazione da parte tua di aver rispedito i beni, se precedente.

Sei responsabile solo della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione del bene diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento dei beni.

Eccezioni al diritto di recesso

Il diritto di recesso non si applica in caso di:

fornitura di giornali, periodici e riviste ad eccezione dei contratti di abbonamento per la fornitura di tali pubblicazioni;
