Are you ready to stop overthinking and start riding with confidence?

The Daily Equestrian Planner is designed for riders who want to overcome self-doubt, stay consistent, and truly enjoy their time with their horse.

Created by Alex Fleming, a UKCC-qualified coach with over 15 years of experience, this planner blends sports psychology, mindset coaching, and practical tools for progress. After losing her own confidence, Alex retrained as an NLP coach, hypnotherapist, and psychology graduate, developing her proven Coaching for Confidence method that has helped over 250 riders achieve their goals in and out of the saddle.

In this planner, Alex distils her experience into a clear, actionable format that helps you plan, reflect, and build confidence daily. Whether you’re preparing for competition or simply want to enjoy your riding again, this planner will guide you through 90 days of focus, consistency, and personal growth.

Inside you’ll find:

• A 90-day goal-setting system to help you stay focused and motivated.

• Mindset and reflection prompts to reframe self-doubt and track progress.

• Weekly and daily planning pages to build productive routines that fit real life.

• Practical psychology tools to help you stay calm, focused, and resilient.

• Confidence-building exercises drawn from NLP and sports psychology.

• Motivational insights and quotes from leading experts to keep you inspired.

If you’re ready to take action and enjoy every ride with confidence, this planner will help you turn mindset into momentum.
