Informazioni sull?autore: After a successful twenty-eight year banking career, Luz Canino-Baker started LNC Coaching in 2007, where she now coaches over one hundred clients a year. In 2010, she joined the speaker circuit on the topics of work-life balance, branding yourself, and empowering employee resource groups. Ms. Canino-Baker has served as the Managing Director of Programs and Marketing for the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE), a national organization that serves a Latino constituency of 35,000. She is also the founder of the Mujeres de HACE program, a leadership program for Latinas, which has to date graduated over 250 Latina leaders. Ms. Canino-Baker holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and is an adjunct professor at DePaul University, National-Louis University, Benedictine University, and Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. She serves on the board of Harper College Educational Foundation, and on the advisory board of Uhlich Children’s Advantage Network (UCAN). Her current memberships are: University Of Chicago Business Women, National Society of Hispanic MBAs, National Hispanic Sales Network, and ALPFA. Ms. Canino-Baker was selected by Chicago United as one of Chicago’s Business Leaders of Color in 2007. In 2009, she was by recognized as one of Top 100 Under 50 by Diversity MBA Magazine. She lives with her husband, Don, in Clarendon Hills as part of a blended family of five. Designing Your Life Plan is her first book.
