However, fragmented authorities and procedures pose tremendous challenges to the development of an integrated legal framework for offshore wind power and the complex installation and grid interconnections it requires. This book analyzes the features essential for the development of such a framework, drawing on the experience of ten countries that have such schemes in place – France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, Norway, the United States, Australia, China, Korea, and Taiwan.

license schemes;
environmental health and safety (EHS) concerns of the projects;
construction of turbines;
infrastructure of grid, construction harbor, and vessels;
environmental health and safety regulations such as Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA); and
loan and finance risk.

The contributors show that a carefully planned mix of incentives and supplementary schemes is indispensable. The chapters are drawn from the presentations and papers offered at the International Conference on Comprehensive Legal Framework for the Development of Offshore Wind Power Around the World held in Taiwan in August 2016.

Anton Ming-Zhi Gao is Associate Professor of Law at Institute of Law for Science and Technology, National Tsing Hua University (NTHU). He received his master degree from National Taiwan University. In October 2005, he began a Ph.D. program at K.U. Leuven, and received his Ph.D. in Law in December 2009. He currently teaches several courses, including Energy Law and Policy and European Environmental Law. He is the Taiwanese scholar with the greatest number of articles published in international energy and environmental law journals. Over the past number of years, he has been very active in international publications concerning investigations into the legal issues of international, European, Asian, and Taiwanese energy laws. Chien-Te Fan is Professor of Law at National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), where he specializes in energy and environmental law, and the areas of biotechnology and ethic related issues. Prof. FAN received his LLB degree from Soochow University, LLM degree from University of Washington and JD Degree from Puget Sound University. He is also an experienced scholar involving in UNFCCC negotiation process since 2001 in Marrakesh. Moreover, as a speaker, he was also invited to join the side event several times that held in the COPs.

Effetti del recesso

Se recedi dal presente contratto, ti saranno rimborsati tutti i pagamenti che hai effettuato a nostro favore, compresi i costi di consegna (ad eccezione dei costi supplementari derivanti dalla tua eventuale scelta di un tipo di consegna diverso dal tipo meno costoso di consegna standard da noi offerto). Potremo trattenere dal rimborso le somme derivanti da una diminuzione del valore del prodotto risultante da una tua non necessaria manipolazione.

I rimborsi verranno effettuati senza indebito ritardo e in ogni caso non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui siamo stati informati della tua decisione di recedere dal presente contratto.

Il termine � rispettato se rispedisci i beni prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni. I costi diretti della restituzione dei beni saranno a tuo carico. Il diritto di recesso non si applica in caso di:
