Professor Ahmed Tlili is an Associate Professor at Beijing Normal University and Co-Director of the Open Educational Resources Lab. Dr. Junfeng Yang, Professor at Hangzhou Normal University, is Vice Dean of China’s Educational Informatization Strategy Research Base. Specializing in ICT in education, he advises policymakers on smart education and technology integration.
Dr. Maiga Chang, Associate Dean at Athabasca University, focuses on game-based learning, AI, and data analytics. He is also Honorary Chair Professor at Taiwan’s National Dong Hwa University.
