Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs listed is for book weighing 2 lbs or less shipped uninsured media mail. Additional postage is required for books over 2 lbs, oversized, multi-volumne, insured or shipped out of the United States. Insurance is required on all books $100 or higher.
