Riassunto:

At times when you say to yourself, I thought I have seen and heard it all but, as reality comes into play you haven't seen and heard it all. As you read from the first to the last page of this book at times I know you will stop and ask yourself, I've never given it a lot of thought but what he is saying is true. Also a number of questions not only while you are reading but even once you finish will more than likely be popping up in your head. When you go to work and talk to your co-workers, get on the phone and talk to your family and or friends, or just when you invite or people come over to your house I'm pretty sure that this book will be a big topic of discussion. I know that there are a lot of other topics that can be talked about and a continuation of some of the one's that are already mentioned, and I'm pretty sure that you can come up with even more. Right now don't pass up something educational, noteworthy, and topics that can be argued, debated and if enough people get together as spokesman and voters can change and do something about it.

L'autore: I?ve never written and or published anything before so hopefully this would be the first and I hope not the last. I was born and raised in Washington, D C so I know the city and its surrounding suburbs and how things should be run and how things are being run and because of this, I feel as though I can speak out and voice my opinions about what is really going on. It took me a year and a half to write this because I wanted to make sure that the research that I was doing and the people that I talked to was accurate and factual to the best of my ability. I attended and graduated from the public school system in the Washington, D C area, and after being away from school for a lot of years I decided to go back and continue my education so, in the fall semester of 2000 I enrolled in Strayer University. It took a lot of patience, time and sacrifice and in June of 2006 I graduated with a degree in Business Administration. While attending classes and even up to the time I started writing this, my concerns and issues about African Americans and other minorities in the work force not only in this area but around the country as well is something that is a constant obstacle for me and individuals just like me not only on our jobs but in our everyday lives. I like reading autobiographies, short stories, poems, business magazines and newspapers when ever I get the time on my hands to do so, just to keep my mind functioning and my knowledge about people in the past and present day events and topics going on around me.
